A service to celebrate Bill's life will be held in St Margaret's Presbyterian Church, 208 Main South Road, Green Island at 1.30pm on Thursday November 20, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimers Otago and St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

My thoughts and prayers to all of you at this sad time. Bill was a devoted father, master plasterer and a mighty party goer in his earlier years. Remember the fun times you all shared with him and be thankful he is now at peace. Take care and draw strength from each other as you move forward without Bill.

Always be missed as much as he was a grandad he was like a father to me and he did a lot more doing then he did by saying what he wanted to say and known so much by the way he loved his concrete and senenting work and how he loved being at home where he could see everyone and tell his stories. I love you grandad and sharing the last full day with you before your last death day. If I could say a lot more and tell him how much I love grandad I would but he knows I do
