Much loved husband of Heather, loved father and father-in-law of Nicola and Nigel Westphall, Allison and Mike North, loving Pop of Josh, and Emma. Heather and family, I offer my deepest sympathies on the recent shock of Warren passing. I first met Warren through the Peninsula County Libraries Trust in 2009 when he was appointed a Trustee. Warren was a keen member of the Trust and always had the best interest of the libraries at heart. He ensured that the Trust looked favorably on all ecological matters and he did that with gentleness and a warm heart. I appreciated having him on the Trust as his common sense and kindness helped me to facilitate my work with the Trust.
