On June 10, 2026, peacefully at Leslie Groves Hospital after fighting the courageous battle with Alzheimer’s; aged 73 years.
Loving and devoted wife to the late Philip, loving and selfless Mum of Janelle and Mark, Karley and Michael, Candice and Heath, doting Grandma of Lexie, Brennan, Meila, Tayla, Arley, Belle, Georgie, Charlie, and Ruby, loved sister and sister-in-law of Alan* and Robyn, Alison and Roger*, and Graeme; Marshall and Pam, John* and all of their families. Fond memories at Bradford school. We have always remembered the extra efforts made and time given for my brother and I as a friendly face in the office etc. So very sorry to hear of your passing. Thank you for being such a wonderful person in our primary school years. Best wishes to the family xo
We will always remember Suzanne’s wonderful smile, which could light up a room, her kind and caring heart, and the love she had for her family who were always the centre of her world. We are grateful for the all the precious memories we shared - the meals at Nana’s and get together at family events. Suzanne has now found peace and comfort with Philip once again. Saying goodbye to a remarkable woman — a loving mother, devoted grandmother, cherished sister, treasured wife, and adored aunt. Alzheimer’s may have taken pieces of Suzanne’s memory, but it could never take away the love she gave so freely, the lives she touched, or the family she helped build. Her kindness, strength, warmth, and unwavering love will remain in our hearts forever. We will all remember her smile, her caring nature, and the countless moments of laughter, comfort, and love she shared with those her mourn her. Though we grieve the loss of her presence, we are grateful for the privilege of having known and loved her. Suzanne’s journey is now at peace, free from the confusion and struggles of Alzheimer’s. We can all take comfort in imagining her reunited with Philip, together once more after time apart, their love continuing beyond this life. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will live on through her children, grandchildren, family, and all those fortunate enough to have known her. Suzanne you will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in our hearts. Rest peacefully, now back in the arms of the one you loved so dearly.
