Family thank the staff of Glendale Retirement Home, and Ross Home and Hospital for their dedicated care of Sarah.

Rest in Peace and many thankyou's Sarah for what you achieved in this neck of the woods! Though I never met you I would have been your next door neighbour in Frances St. Other neighbours speak of your grit and fiery disposition in confronting Clutha Council and getting our road paved. Thankyou! I also benefit from all your wonderful planting of fruit and nut trees, natives and non-natives in the gully on your property over which I look and but for which there'd be a horrible tangle of scourges like muelenbeckia, blackberry, broome cotoneaster etc. These scourges have sadly infiltrated the gully behind me and now fill much of my time laboriously removing them to enable the amazing native tree fushias and ferns to flourish. We are so lucky to have a wee patch of native bush on our doorstep so thankyou for curtailing the invasive species and providing me a beautiful green vista! Meg
Rest in peace Sarah. An awesome neighbour at Taieri Mouth. My children were welcomed into your home and gardens. We were entertained with your piano accordion and Dave on the guitar. You have always been in our memories and will continue to be so. Reid family.
