HARRIS, Raewyn Ann (nee Russell) - Aged 74, passed away on July 31, at her home surrounded by her Whanau. Loved wife of the late Selwyn and mother to Russell, Brett, Riki, and Eleanor, loved daughter of Vivian Boyd Russell and Nancy Martha Russell (nee Elliot), loved sister of Eleanor, Khyla, Taeni, Gael and Peter, Toni and Karen, Treena and the late Billy, Phillip and Elliot, loved Taua and Aunty to her mokopuna, nieces and nephews.

Raewyn is lying in state at her home at 1 Pipikatetu Road Otakou until Sunday afternoon which she will then travel to Otakou Marae for the night. Raewyn's service will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, at 11.00am, on August 4, followed by a private cremation. Dear Whanau My deepest condolences to you all. Raewyn was my matron of honour at my wedding. We were childhood friends, good friends. We were friends that could just pick up after long absences of communication and carry on from when we left off. Raewyn always did the right thing. She was a stand-up girl. I remember when she met her husband to be. That meant a backseat for me. They were so in love from the get go. He was a good guy. I imagine their beautiful their relationship being rekindled. I pay respects to your parents as well they were great people. I remembered the times when I would come down and stay at the Kaika. One of the highlights of my growing up was spending time there. My heart breaks with you all I have had some fun with a lovely lady in my past and recent years. Laughter was her medicine, and she definitely shared it with us.
