Peter was a very special person. He continually encouraged me with his often-repeated phrases: Alone, but not lonely; "thine own dear presence to cheer and to guide" (from the hymn, "Great is Thy faithfulness"); Jesus is coming again, and WE ARE JUST GOING TO GO! I was given to understand from a colleague some years ago that God used Peter to bring healing to someone when he laid hands on them and prayed for them.
