Dearly loved and loving husband of Jan for 49 years, loved father of Kelly and partner Iain, Vaughan and Janet, loved Grandad and Poppy of Grace, MacKenzie, and Jordi, loved brother and brother-in-law of Pamela*, and Myles Thayer,Dale (Canada), Lorraine*, and Peter Crawford, Graeme*, Neil and Carolanne (Sydney), and loved son of Fred* and Elsie* (*denotes deceased).
-- A celebration of Paddy's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road at 2.00pm on Wednesday October 2

To Jan and family, we were so sorry to hear of Paddy's sudden passing. We all have great memories of Paddy with the boys at Josephine Street wearing their Beatle boots . Also later wonderful times shared at the camping spot at Pateaora with Jack and Josie and family. We are thinking of you and wish to extend our deepest sympathy. Lots of love the Rutherford clan.
Mr P a huge thanks for always opening your home to us boys and treating us like family. You always enjoyed a laugh and a chat over a few beers. Although if the fire got to warm it turned from a chat to a snore!! A genuine good buggar. You will be missed Shane
I really enjoyed being your pétanque partner last weekend Paddy. You played your typical arrow shots saving us on lots of ends. We are going to miss you and your friendship. 😢
Paddy you were a good mate. We had some great times back in the 60's, you could always down a bottle of Speights quicker than me. Cheers Mate Knowles
