MACAULAY, John William.  -  On September 9, 2024, at Dunedin Hospital, with Pam by his side; aged 73 years. 
Much loved husband of Pam, treasured Dad and father-in-law of Bex Fahey and Reuben Marshall, Megan and David Griffiths, adored and loving grandad of Charli, and Tayla Fahey; and Quinn Griffiths.  - 
At John's request a private cremation has been held.

John, you will be so missed, our good friend of 40yrs. So many treasured memories firstly as our neighbour in Wakari, heading off on your motorbike in full leathers, introducing Pam to you, visiting local spots, so many discussions, meals and laughter around the table, watching you bring up your family and so much more. So glad we got to see you recently, and celebrate your birthday, but really hard to say goodbye and give you a last hug. To my precious friend Pam and family, our deepest sympathies. May you be comforted through the coming days by those around you and the memories you hold dear in your hearts. All our love, always, Wendy and Aloysius. ❤️💔🌹
