Jill was my neighbor at Main South Road many years in the early 90's. She was so lovely, energetic and good humoured. My thoughts go out to family and friends. She will be missed.

To Grant, Ella and Ruby and other members of Jill’s family. I was so very sorry to hear the awful news about Jill. I have wonderful memories of our tussles on the squash court, and her lovely bubbly enthusiasm – she made the world a better place and we are all much better off for having known her. Thinking of you at this sad time.

To Grant and family. So sad to hear about Jill she was such a lovely person. I often saw Jill during my walks along St. Clair beach and we always had a brief chat either about the weather or Bonus Bond days.

To Ruby, Ella and Grant. Hard to put these feelings into words, but I am thinking of you all so much during this heartbreaking time and sending all my love, I wish I could’ve been with you yesterday. Jill was an iconic loving mum, and what genuinely felt like a second mum to Shelly and I growing up as she was so nurturing, loving, non-judgemental, joyful - you could feel her warm energy whenever you’re around her. The only sleepover’s that I wouldn’t miss my own mum at. I’m so glad you and Trish made each other happy and shared beautiful lifestyles together with Daisy and Benson in St Clair. Her smile was contagious even if you were down, and I remember her enthusiasm and encouragement she had for things you were unsure about or underestimating. Reflecting on all the memories we shared with both families makes me so grateful to have had her in our lives, she will forever live on in our hearts, love you so much Jill❤️❤️ - love from Jessie, Trishy, Shelly, Benny, Emma and Wayne. xxxx

Dear Grant, Ella & Ruby. I have very fond memories of Jill on the squash court many years ago. We had a few close games but I never managed to win. Jill and I meet again at Tahuna Intermediate through the children and she was always happy for a chat or wave in passing. Please take care of yourselves through the hard days ahead.
