Nana Gaynor, I miss you and wish you well on your next journey. Thank-you for bringing my beautiful mummy into the world. I will be sure to look after her for you. All my love, Yasha xxxx
Dear Gaynor, what a shock to read of your passing in the ODT. I was only at your place the Friday before to cut your hair! I’m going to miss our 5 weekly chats and bitch sessions. You were a brave woman and I know you hated the issues that were going on in your body. Rest In Peace Gaynor you will always be a good friend to me ♥️
Rest in peace sweet lady, I know you will give them just a bit of a shake up upstairs too...!! Your hair will forever be immaculate, your mascara will forever be perfect and your wicked sense of humour will forever remain treasured with all of us. Thank you for accepting me and my kids so openly into your life, and for all the visits, phone calls and giggles we shared together. The years go by so fast...........give your Heidi a wee squeeze from me, and I shall give Leroy one from you..........it has been an honour to have known and loved you SCM xxxxx
Dear Nancy Im so sorry to read that both your siblings have passed away Kerron then Gaynor Thats a lot to think about. Please except my deepest sympathy, you can call me on my cell sometime pls regards diann
So very sorry to hear the sad news of Gaynor’s passing❤️ Our thoughts are with the entire family during this very difficult time. One memory I have of my cousin is from 1981. While I was at trade school in Wellington, I would stay over at her place on the weekend and I can still recall going home and telling my mum that Gaynor made the best gravy ever! Love to you all, Stew and Kris Elliott Vancouver Canada
Nana Naynor. I don’t know where to start. You will always have a special place in my heart. Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts. We cherish the memories of you always. Love you always. Love Mila, Kurt and Hannah xxxx
Please accept our condolences on the passing of our cousin. Although we didn't have a lot to do with Gaynor in our later years we did as younger children. So sad that Keeron passed just 2 days before. Much love from your Maori cousins, Eleanor, Khyla, Raewyn, Tiane, Toni and Gael, your Maori cousins from the Kaik.
I am shocked to read of the passing of Gaynor her and I were great friends, she seemed so happy when I visited just before Christmas. I worked for HEALTH care and became friends then. I feel I no you both as she spoke often of you. Gaynor was a kind person and straight talking . We had a lot of laughs together. My sincerest condolences. Carol Torrance

Gaynor, I remember the first day I met you. I recall you saying to me, you better know how to clean i like things my way!! Turns out I could do it your way. I loved the conversations we use to have, the laughs, the stories. We lost touch but you didn't leave my thoughts. Rest in love Gaynor xx
Nana, my fun, cheeky, sentimental, stylish and loving friend. As all the memories of times we’ve had conversations, one-on-one, come flooding back to me, all I can do is smile, shake my head and chuckle. You are so funny, so caring, so tolerant and loving for animals, not-so tolerant of pesky people poking their noses in other’s business, so interested in the lives of those you care about, so loving of a hearty laugh, or a well-placed, if slightly inappropriate joke, so strong. Thank you for all you have done to raise my Mum and Uncle Gaz, they are beautiful people who have created beautiful people too, all of us with something of you carried along with us, and I don’t mean DNA, I mean the parts of you that those who have sat beside you and known you have seen, admired and, even if unknowingly, taken on as our own. I love you, you have an adventure ahead like no other, and a place where I believe you will be happy once again, and I will meet you in that place, and perhaps, if they exist there, I’ll roll you a cigarette, we’ll admire the stars, and we’ll share it together again. Love you so much, Darzy xxxxx
Nana Gaynor, even though I did not have the pleasure of meeting you I saw bits and pieces of you in both your children and how you raised them. Your strength and resilience in my mum-in-law Angela and your kindness and humor in Uncle Gary. I knew you were a great soul and in the little times I spoke to you, you were full of positivity and light. Thank you for being you and bringing up such beautiful children that I now call family. You will be missed and loved always. Even though we haven’t met, I still love you and wish you all the very best for your new journey.
