On February 27, 2026, peacefully at his home, surrounded by family; aged 70 years. Loved and adored husband of Fiona for over 50 years, loved Dad and father-in-law of Katherine and Nigel, loved Grandad of Claudia, Hannah, Sammuel, Lauryn, and Maxine, devoted great-grandad of Lincoln; Reegan; and Eden, loved brother of Kenneth.
- A service to celebrate Garry's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, at 2:00pm, on Wednesday, March 4, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Messages can be left on Garry's page below, where there is a link to the service.
