Loved son of Helen* and Ted*, much loved brother of Grant*, treasured nephew of Margaret and Peter Sutherland, amazing cousin of Karen, and Ross, beloved partner of Deanne. Eoughan was loved by all of his extended family and many friends (*denotes deceased).
- A Service to celebrate Eoughan's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road at 11am on Friday, August 29, followed by private cremation. Messages and livestream below.

Eoughan my "oldest friend" as you liked to say [emphasised on the oldest]. great wee mates at Kindy, South School, Watlington. Glad we were able to reconnect after moving different directions in life. A gentle giant of a man with a beaming smile, easy to chat with. Will miss our occasional coffees. big hoss hard to comprehend not catching up again..been a while but always kept in touch over Facebook. had some great times jet boating, motor biking and talking petrol head shit.. for a big guy you could turn your hand at anything and whatever you chose was done proud. loved your no suffering of fools also. will catch you on the other side mate..go hard!!
Know the big man since aged 6, played rugby together at Old Boy's for many years, best man at my wedding over here in Wales, He would always put others before himself and was the most gentle, friendly, perfect friend you could ever have. Can't believe he isn't in my or my families life anymore, Sleep easy my friend, we will meet again
The news of Eoughan's passing still doesn't feel real, the big guy was the quiet life and soul of any event he attended, a salt of the earth man with a huge heart and a smile for anyone lucky enough to spend time with him. I had the pleasure of Eoughan's company when he stopped at my home for a bevy and a bed, he was never seen as a guest but rather reacquainting with a family member, always a kind word and a helping hand if he saw you needed it, one of the he things I remember most is his cheeky grin, he loved to drop a comment into the conversation and watch the reaction, kind of like watching a good firework display on a pitch black night - light touch paper and stand well clear! You will be missed my friend, a true friend and biker brother. Ride free and rest in peace until we meet again DJ
