To Helen & Family I was saddened to learn of Daves passing. Having gone to KVHS and worked together, we certainly shared many experiences and a lot of change. There have been many challenges along the way over the decades, particularly with the initial design and implementation of self cleaning ovens for the USA - too many projects to recall over a very long time. I always appreciated Daves advice and assistance (and his humour), often when things were getting difficult. My sincere condolences to you and your family.

To Helen, Colin, Gordon and Anna, I want to offer my sincere condolences to you all on the passing of David. His legacy will live on through his children and grandchildren Zoe, Ivan, David and Dhuwi. Dear Helen and Family I was most saddened to hear of Dave's passing. We worked for years at F&P and had a lot of fun together. His care and attention to detail was his trademark and an inspiration. We shared the passion for motorsport and driving/riding things quickly. He always did that with control and finess. His quiet voice and gentle nature will never be forgotten. That was also his trademark. Rest in Peace Dave

Dear Helen and family, it’s very sad to hear this news about Dave. Thinking about Dave brings back great memories related to FPA and cars. Working with Dave on many FPA oven projects such as “F600”, “Phoenix”, “Zucchini” and “NEVO” we all learnt a lot, had great fun and were the building blocks for FPA ovens for many years to come. And memories of Dave’s love for fast and interesting cars, one special memory is Dave proudly taking us for a ride in the just purchased RS500, racing down Wingatui road at a “wee” bit over the speed limit (still countryside back then!) It has been a pleasure knowing and working with Dave.

I have just heard the news through the F&P grapevine and deeply saddened to hear the news of Dave's death. Dave was my first "boss" - to a fresh faced engineer straight out of university - he helped shape my whole future through his mentorship during Range6 as I am sure he did to many. And always keen to talk cars - I was always envious of his mint Mk2 Cortina. Sincere condolences to Helen and family. Dave will be greatly missed.
