Dearly loved husband of Lennie and the late Patricia. Died December 28, 2024; aged 95 years, still loving a scotch.
Adored by Helen, Barb and John, Steve and Lynley, Janie and Paul and Tony and Di. Very special Papa to Daniella, James, Matiu, Saskia, Niko, Hamish, Immy, Millie, Amy, Anna, Abby, Nick, and his nine great grand-children. A special thank you to Gail and Dr Dave and the team at Helensburgh Medical Centre for all their support.
Tony's life will be celebrated in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road at 2.00pm on January 10, followed by private cremation.

We were very sad to hear Tony had passed away, I came to know him well in my employment with General Finance in Dunedin. He was one our local advisors along with Les Stewart, and as branch manager, he provided invaluable advice and knowledge to our company and myself over many years. He was also very well thought of by the directors of our company , our managing director would always visit him when in Dunedin. I last met Tony and Lennie some four years ago at an art exhibition and both myself and Carol had a lovely catch up. To Lennie and family please accept our deepest condolences, Carol and Colin Venables.

Very sad to hear of Tony’s passing. Tony was my first boss back in the LAB days. I fondly remember our dinner in HK with Lennie when Tony worked with Immigration, plenty of red wine consumed not much scotch. RIP Tony, to a life well lived.

Dear Helen, Barb, Steve, Dear Lennie, and all your families I was very saddened to hear of Tony's death. I know these last months weren't easy for him and it was not unexpected, but it is still a shock when it happens. He will be greatly missed.
